Growth Marketing Manager

As a Creative Designer at Thrillophilia, you will play a crucial role in elevating our brand identity and marketing efforts by bringing innovative ideas and visually stunning designs to life. Your responsibilities will include: - Taking charge of and optimizing the full growth funnel from traffic to conversion to retention. - Designing and implementing user acquisition strategies across various channels (Organic & Inorganic). - Collaborating closely with the performance marketing team to launch, test, and scale campaigns globally. - Utilizing data & analytics to pinpoint growth opportunities and customer insights. - Conducting A/B tests and experiments to enhance landing page conversion rates, pricing strategies, and product messaging. - Working with product & tech teams to enhance user flows and minimize drop-offs. - Developing and tracking key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, and conversion rates. - Identifying and initiating new growth channels including referral programs, influencer campaigns, and partnerships. - Staying abreast of global and domestic travel trends to keep Thrillophilia at the forefront. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product-led growth. - Proficiency in analytical tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization platforms. - Proven success in running performance campaigns, with a bonus if in travel, e-commerce, or marketplaces. - Understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and CRM tools. - A creative mindset with a focus on rapid execution and testing. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
