The ideal candidate should be a data-driven and performance-oriented Growth Marketing Manager focused on accelerating user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will be tasked with overseeing the growth funnel across paid and organic channels, scaling high-performing campaigns, optimizing the customer journey, and collaborating cross-functionally with category, product, content, design, and sales teams. Key Responsibilities: - Take charge of and optimize the full growth funnel from traffic to conversion to retention. - Design and implement user acquisition strategies across various channels (Organic & Inorganic). - Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to launch, test, and scale campaigns globally. - Utilize data & analytics to pinpoint growth opportunities and customer insights. - Conduct A/B tests and experiments to enhance landing page conversion rates, pricing strategies, and product messaging. - Work with product & tech teams to enhance user flows and minimize drop-offs. - Develop and track key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, and conversion rates. - Identify and initiate new growth channels including referral programs, influencer campaigns, and partnerships. - Stay abreast of global and domestic travel trends to keep Thrillophilia at the forefront. Requirements: - 3-6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product-led growth. - Proficiency in analytical tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization platforms. - Proven success in running performance campaigns, with a bonus if in travel, e-commerce, or marketplaces. - Understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and CRM tools. - A creative mindset with a focus on rapid execution and testing. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
