Growth Manager

What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities):

• Growth Strategy:

  Develop and execute innovative, data-driven strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue (AARRR).

• Experimentation:

  Design, prioritize, and run a high-tempo of A/B tests and experiments across different channels (product, marketing, email, etc.) to identify and scale growth levers.

• Funnel Optimization:

  Deeply analyze the user journey and conversion funnels to identify drop-offs and opportunities for improvement.

• Data Analysis:

  Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to understand user behavior, measure the impact of growth initiatives, and report on key metrics.

• Cross-Functional Leadership:

  Collaborate closely with product, marketing, engineering, and data teams to implement growth-focused features and campaigns.
