Job Title: Revenue Generation – ACE Manager (Activities for Continuous Enrichment)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualizing and Growing ACE Programs

• Brainstorm and develop new and innovative intellectual properties (IP) for the ACE vertical.
• Identify and generate leads, potential partners, and explore new revenue streams to scale ACE programs.

2. Ownership of ACE Programs

• Take full revenue ownership of ACE programs by ensuring monthly targets for income and expenses are met, as per the approved plan.
• Ownership for All the IP Execution into School.
• Proactively gather event ideas and requirements from key stakeholders, showcasing the unique value and "WOW" factor of the ACE offerings.

3. Strategic Relationship Management

• Build and nurture long-term partnerships with educational institutions and other key stakeholders.
• Leverage existing relationships and networks to unlock cross-selling or up-selling opportunities within the ACE portfolio.

4. Team Development & Reporting

• Report performance metrics and insights to senior leadership for review and strategic input.
