🚨 We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM)
📍Region: Gujarat : Preferred Location: Ahmedabad
Role Objective:
To close high-value deals by engaging school decision-makers, negotiating commercials, and driving adoption of Marcos Quay’s full product suite.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead final meetings with Directors/Trustees and Principals
• Understand and match school needs with suitable product combinations
• Present business case: fee justification, sports as admission driver, infra upgrade ROI
• Address objections related to cost, calendar time, or infra constraints
• Support BDEs in high-potential leads and drive L3 to L4 movement
• Anchor pilot projects and convert them to paid long-term agreements
Required Skills:
• 3+ years in B2B consultative sales or enterprise EdTech
• Strong financial and ROI modeling skills
• Confident presenter with leadership-level communication
• Experience dealing with school management/trusts is preferred
