Job Description

NeSL is India s first Information Utility and is registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) under the aegis of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC). The company has been set up by leading banks and public institutions. The primary role of NeSL is to serve as a repository of legal evidence holding the information pertaining to any debt/claim, as submitted by the financial or operational creditor and verified and authenticated by the parties to the debt.

 

Your Responsibilities/Skills

  • Identifying Target markets for promoting and adoption of NeSL product and Services i.e., Information Utility (IU) data submission, Digital Document Execution (DDE) and Electronic Bank Guarantee (eBG).
  • Demonstration of the product suite to all clients i.e., Banks / Financial Institutions / Regulated Entities/ Beneficiary clients / Corporates / PSUs / Government Departments.
  • Ensure target set for all NESL products are achieved.
  • Prepare presentations, quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Assist clients in registration and necessary documentation for smooth integration.
  • Maintain healthy relationship with clients to ensure product penetration and activating new verticals.
  • Ensure collection of invoices are done on timely basis.
  • Work closely with NESL IT team to timely resolve beneficiary client s IT issues.
  • To demonstrate changes and update entities with new developments initiated by NeSL or governments related to NeSL product suite.
  • Be the NeSL face at the client locations and strong relationship management skills
  • Prepare data and presentation for senior management reviews
  • Perform any other work which may be assigned by the management
  • To work independently

Your Background

  • Master Degree in Business Administration / Management Studies / Finance.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Management Studies / Finance / Technology / Engineering / Law.
  • Limited Insolvency Examination qualification is desirable. Selected candidate should be able to complete Limited Insolvency Examination within one year of joining.
  • Knowledge and working experience in dealing with senior management and decision makers.

Your Requirement

  • Work experience for 10+ years preferrable. However, profile with lesser experience demonstrating above skills can be considered.
  • Must have worked in Banks / Financial Institutions / Regulated Entities/ Beneficiary clients / Corporates / PSUs / Government Departments.
  • Ideal candidate should have experience in working with different domains / departments preferably in client facing role dealing with Banks / Financial Institutions / Regulated Entities/ Beneficiary clients / Corporates / PSUs / Government Departments.
  • Candidate should have knowledge of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
