About the Company

Hellotrade (a fully owned subsidiary of IndiaMART) is focused on creating a transformative financial services platform for MSMEs. Hellotrade's vision is to simplify finance for MSMEs by developing of core lending, insurance, and wealth modules, ensuring a seamless user experience from concept to scale.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Responsible for growing key business numbers by running marketing campaigns, improving funnels, studying where users drop off, and increasing acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.


2. Work closely with teams like Data Science, Marketing, and Product to plan and execute ideas that improve every stage of the user journey.


3. Lead the go-to-market (GTM) plan for new product launches, and partner with business and product teams to create strong value propositions and ensure successful rollouts.


4. Build and maintain funnel/campaign reports, and communicate insights to the senior stakeholders.


5. Create and run growth programs to increase product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and improve customer engagement and long-term value.


6. Run A/B tests and other experiments to find what works and continuously improve marketing and business strategies.


7. Study customer behaviour and use insights to refine and strengthen all growth efforts.


Experience and qualification:

  • 3-4 years of experience in driving growth for tech startups or established brands, with a proven track record in growing digital products and services in the digital financial services landscape  .
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to lead through change in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • Experience in driving growth in high-performance environments.
  • MBA preferred.

Skills:

  • Expertise in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and growth frameworks to drive business performance.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Deep understanding of growth metrics, including funnels, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
