Growth Intern

Role Overview

Growth Intern

Key Responsibilities

Support in executing user acquisition campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Assist in tracking key growth metrics — user sign-ups, retention, engagement, and referrals.
Conduct competitive research and analyze user data to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and test new features or campaigns.
Help optimize onboarding funnels for both gig workers and clients.
Brainstorm and implement referral and partnership initiatives to increase platform reach.
Present performance insights and weekly growth reports to the leadership team.

Preferred Skills

Strong analytical mindset with comfort using Excel/Sheets or basic analytics tools.
Passion for startups, growth hacking, and consumer tech products.
Basic understanding of marketing, user funnels, or A/B testing.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Curiosity, creativity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Education

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
