Employment Type: Freelance / ContractReports To: Head of Marketing---About Us:Just Palm Group (JPG) is a Pan-African investment holding company backing high-impact ventures across Infrastructure, Finance, and Technology. We're expanding rapidly and looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive high-quality leads and nurture them through the funnel using paid media and targeted email campaigns.---Role Overview:You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns across paid digital channels and email marketing platforms. Your goal is to grow our lead pipeline across multiple ventures by combining acquisition strategies with smart nurturing sequences.---Key Responsibilities:1. Paid Media Campaigns__Plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.Continuously optimize ads to improve conversion rates and reduce cost-per-lead (CPL).Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and audience segments.2. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing__Create and manage automated email marketing funnels to engage, convert, and retain leads.Build email campaigns for webinars, product updates, nurture flows, and newsletters.Segment audiences and personalize content based on behavior, location, or interest.Analyze open rates, click-throughs, and conversions to improve performance.3. Conversion Funnel Optimization__Design and test high-converting landing pages and forms using tools like Unbounce, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.Optimize lead journeys from first click to sign-up or sales call.Use retargeting and remarketing strategies to re-engage leads.4. Data & Reporting__Track KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CAC, and email engagement rates.Create performance dashboards and provide actionable insights weekly/monthly.Collaborate with sales teams to align MQL and SQL handovers.---Requirements:3–5 years of experience in performance marketing and email marketing roles.Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM/email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).Demonstrated success in managing paid campaigns and automated email flows for lead gen.Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, UTM tagging, Hotjar, etc.)Excellent copywriting and segmentation skills for email marketing.Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.Self-starter who can manage multiple campaigns across brands.---Preferred Skills:___Experience working in Pan-African markets or emerging economies.Knowledge of the ICT, Infrastructure, or Fintech industries.Familiarity with AI tools for ad and email copy (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, AdCreative.ai).Bonus: Basic design or video editing skills.
