We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Growth Executive to join our marketing team and help expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Market Expansion:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted research and outreach within B2B markets. Focus on expanding our reach by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and qualifying prospects.
Data-Driven Prospecting:
Leverage various tools and platforms (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, CRM, etc.) to build and maintain a robust database of high-potential prospects. Ensure data accuracy and keep the database up to date for effective outreach strategies.
Email Outreach & Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and analyze targeted email campaigns designed to engage new business prospects. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop messaging that aligns with business goals and drives conversions.
Outbound Sales & Cold Outreach:
Proactively initiate cold calls to potential clients, introducing them to our offerings and identifying key pain points. Drive engagement through meaningful conversations and assess client needs to tailor our approach.
Client Relationship Development:
Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, guiding them through the early stages of the sales funnel. Maintain regular communication to stay top of mind as their business needs evolve.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads. Provide valuable insights about client needs, preferences, and pain points to inform the sales process and increase conversion rates.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
Monitor and report key metrics (e.g., email open rates, response rates, conversion rates, etc.), and continually optimize outreach strategies based on performance data and market trends.
Industry & Market Insights:
Stay informed about industry developments, competitors, and market trends. Use this knowledge to adjust outreach strategies and identify new growth opportunities for the business.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
1.5 to 2.5 years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, or a related field, preferably in an IT product or service-oriented company.
Growth-Focused Mindset:
Proven ability to drive business growth through lead qualification, database development, email marketing, cold calling, and relationship-building.
Effective Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives and key decision-makers. Able to craft compelling messaging that resonates with prospects.
Cold Outreach & Networking Skills:
Strong experience in initiating cold calls and generating interest. Ability to overcome objections and develop meaningful conversations with potential clients.
Analytical & Data-Driven:
Ability to analyze data and campaign performance to make informed decisions and optimize outreach strategies. Proficient in tracking key metrics and using insights to improve performance.
Tech-Savvy:
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.), and research tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
Detail-Oriented:
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
