nirā by BreatheAgain is a premium wellness brand dedicated to helping individuals achieve balanced nutrition through customized dietary assessments and recipes. Our cutting-edge app customizes health routines for India’s top 1% and global clients. We are in a rapid growth phase and seeking a Growth Director to drive our expansion.
Role Summary
The Growth Director will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing revenue streams. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong sales mindset and experience in high-end wellness, tech, or health-related industries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Development
· Identify, engage, and secure strategic partnerships to expand the distribution of nirā by Breathe Again.
· Manage and nurture relationships with health professionals, influencers, corporate wellness programs, and other key partners.
· Establish joint ventures, collaborations, and promotional campaigns with premium wellness brands.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
· Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire high-value customers, ensuring a minimum of $20,000 in new monthly revenue.
· Work closely with marketing to enhance lead generation, conversion, and retention strategies.
· Define and track Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while optimizing cost-efficient sales channels.
3. CRM & Customer Engagement
· Oversee lead segmentation and customer nurturing strategies.
· Improve customer journey touchpoints to maximize engagement and lifetime value.
· Collaborate with internal teams to enhance post-sales service and advocacy programs.
4. Market Expansion & Strategy
· Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging opportunities.
· Support the brand’s transition from Breathe Again to nirā by ensuring clear market positioning.
· Develop strategies to enter new domestic and international markets.
Qualifications & Experience
· 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in health, wellness, SaaS, or premium services industries.
· Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and securing high-value partnerships.
· Experience with CRM tools, lead segmentation, and digital sales pipelines.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize business growth strategies.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
