Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in guest relations or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience.
Implement effective communication strategies to improve guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle complex guest complaints.
Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office procedures and protocols.
Familiarity with CRM software and technology used in the hospitality industry.
Strong attention to detail is essential to maintain high standards of customer service.
