Graphic Web Designer

First Choice IT Solutions is looking for a dynamic and multi-skilled Graphic Web Designer. This role is ideal for a candidate with expertise in Design Tools Expertise like Canva, Figma Landing page design Template building Basic HTML/CSS understanding and Understanding of digital marketing. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our digital presence, optimizing our eCommerce operations, and supporting our online growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain company brand identity including logo variations, color palette, typography, and style guidelines.

• Develop visual assets for email campaigns, newsletters, and product listings.

• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate execution of UI/UX designs.

• Conduct design research, competitor analysis, and stay updated with industry trends.

• Create design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.

• Suggest creative improvements and innovative ideas in ongoing projects.

• Assist in managing website updates and content uploads (WordPress/Shopify preferred).Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets

• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media

• Ability to work on WordPress based CMS Websites & Themes

• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

• Regular Social Media Post Design work for Multiple Clients

• Design Different Layout & Templates for Social Media Works

• Collaborate with marketing team for promotions on various digital products.

• Work in coordination with the creative graphics team of the organization.

• Creative ideas and design skills on graphics for social media promotions.

• Should support web developers with graphic elements and design ideas.

• Create templates for landing pages and email marketing newsletters.

• Expert skills in making flyers, brochures, logos, business cards and other collaterals.

• Determine the message the design should portray.

• Create images that identify a product or convey a message.

• Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites.

• Support Web designer, Social Media Team with all the required graphic works.

• Select colors, images, text style, and layout.

• Deep understanding of color and typography for the web.

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

• Curious, with a strong sense of initiative, follow-through and ability to deliver results on-time.

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple creative projects.

• Knowledge in current design trends and technologies.

• Deep ability of understanding the requirements of the client with clarity and feasibility.

• Regular exposure to colleagues and executive management, as well as the authority and scope to apply your knowledge to many interesting technical problems.

• Work in coordination with the web development team and support each other.

• Develop Layouts, Templates, Themes, color palettes, and other required graphical elements for any kind of web portal/application

• Ability to edit and manipulate existing themes and to deliver a brand new product.

• Determining technical requirements, client deliverables, and the ability to take responsibility for them.

• Design attractive and elegant splash pages/welcome pages for website immediately after sales.

• Search for related themes and templates according to client’s company nature and deliver a basic/advanced website for the quick website product category of the firm.

• Manage timelines and be in effective communication with the client during each phase of development.

• Communicate and interact with client to offer 100% satisfaction on their requirements.

• Incorporate design and procedural elements suggested by client in the project during its development after basic completion until website launch.

• Perform minor changes requested by client and understand its possibility in their current website.

• Upselling and proposing new modules and operations towards an existing customer and convincing them that the same is necessary and needful for their advancement.

• Help other members and provide the necessary assistance in the up gradation and maintenance of websites.

• Take up responsibilities towards maintenance packages offered by clients and be in charge of all the technical and visual aspects of their projects.

Tools You Should Know:-

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Figma / Adobe XD
• Canva (for quick creatives)
• CorelDRAW (optional)
• WordPress / Elementor / Webflow (preferred)
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (bonus)
• AfterEffects/ Premiere Pro (bonus for motion graphics)

Work Style:

· Should be able to independently handle multiple design tasks simultaneously.

· Should maintain clarity in file organization and naming conventions.

· Should be open to feedback and able to revise designs when required.

· Should have a learning mindset and willingness to explore new tools.

Work Mode & Schedule:

· Remote / Work From Home

· Full-Time Role (Flexible but committed availability during UAE working hours 1pm to 10.30pm Monday to Saturday)

· Occasionally may require extended availability based on business needs.
