Key Responsibilities:


1. Personal Assistant to Senior Manager


  • Act as the

    first point of contact

    for all tasks and activities assigned by the Senior Manager.
  • Execute instructions accurately and follow up until completion.
  • Serve as the

    first point of coordination

    for the Senior Manager — helping organize thoughts, tasks, and ideas into actionable plans.
  • Manage daily priorities, schedules, reminders, and to-do lists — ensuring timely follow-ups and task completion.
  • Anticipate needs and take initiative to

    reduce stress and mental load

    for the manager.
  • Help streamline workflows, prevent procrastination, and keep the manager consistently focused and productive.
  • Understand the manager’s preferences, working style, and priorities to stay

    in sync

    and act with foresight.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion across all personal and business matters.
  • Represent the manager professionally in communications when required.
  • Coordinate and communicate with remote staff on behalf of the Manager.
  • Be reachable on call / text / WhatsApp at any time during working hours for urgent matters.
  • Organize information received from the Manager and relay it clearly to concerned team members.
  • Maintain a healthy communication rhythm with the Senior Manager through regular check-ins and updates.

  • Organize emails, files, and digital workspaces for better efficiency.

2. HR Management & Recruitment

·      Understand hiring needs from the Manager and create clear job posts.

·      Manage end-to-end recruitment: post jobs, filter candidates, conduct basic interviews, and schedule meetings with the Manager.

·      Maintain HR documentation and employee records.

·      Support employee onboarding and ensure proper induction.


3. Remote Office & Operations Administration

·      Monitor remote employees to ensure they are active, productive, and adhering to company policies.

·      Collect task reports and updates regularly from team members.

·      Communicate updates and reminders to staff on behalf of the Manager.

·      Ensure all remote operations are running smoothly and effectively.

·      Maintain a professional and disciplined remote work environment.


4. Social Media & Light Digital Marketing

·      Support the Manager in handling company social media accounts.

·      Coordinate basic digital marketing activities like posting updates, coordinating creatives, or monitoring engagement.


Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills

    (English – verbal & written).
  • Highly

    organized, reliable, and responsible

  • Previous experience in

    Personal Secretary roles

    is preferred.
  • Strong follow-up skills

    and ability to multitask under minimal supervision.
