Job Description: Parking Management System Solution & Execution / Sales Engineer Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Solution & Execution / Sales Engineer to oversee the end-to-end execution of smart parking solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system installation, project execution, client management, and business development for automated parking solutions, access control, and security automation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Solution Execution & Project Management Oversee the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of boom barriers, UHF readers, ANPR cameras, ticketing kiosks, and other smart parking systems. Conduct site surveys, resource planning, and execution timeline management to ensure smooth project delivery. Supervise installation teams and guide on-ground technicians, ensuring adherence to technical designs and industry standards. Design and plan hardware layouts on CAD files and effectively communicate execution strategies to field teams. 2. Client Relationship & Post-Implementation Support Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders during hardware execution and solution planning. Provide training and post-installation support to ensure seamless system adoption. Address and resolve technical or operational issues promptly to maintain high client satisfaction. 3. Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities in smart parking, access control, and security automation. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, providing insights for product improvements and market expansion. Collaborate, lead negotiations, and close deals for smart parking projects. 4. Partnership & Vendor Management Establish partnerships with key hardware suppliers and improve our own hardware stack. Collaborate with technology providers and vendors for integrated solutions. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and quality execution. Key Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical), or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years in parking automation, access control, security systems, or smart infrastructure projects. Technical Skills: Knowledge of ANPR, RFID/UHF technology, boom barriers, and ticketing kiosks. Proficiency in CAD software for hardware design and layout planning. Familiarity with networking, IoT-based systems, and cloud-integrated solutions (a plus). Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and project management abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate cross-functional teams.
