Job Title: Graphic Designer, Video Editor & Digital Marketing Specialist

Stipend/Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & portfolio)

We are looking for a creative Swiss-Army-Knife—someone who can design, edit videos, and manage digital growth—to help us visualize our brand and expand our footprint.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Associate, you will be the visual voice of OneRoot. You will work closely with the founding team to execute a 360-degree creative strategy. This role requires moving quickly between creating static 2D visuals, editing engaging short-form video content (Reels/Shorts), and managing the distribution of this content to reach farmers and B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Branding (2D Focus, 3D is a bonus)

Design high-quality creatives for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp).

Create print and digital marketing collateral: Brochures, Flyers, Banners, Pitch Decks, and Packaging labels.

Refine brand identity assets (Logos, typography, color palettes) to ensure a cohesive look across the app and marketing materials.

2. Video Editing & Content Creation

Edit fast-paced, engaging short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts) showcasing farm produce, technology, and customer testimonials.

Perform color correction, audio syncing, and add subtitles/motion graphics to raw footage.

Plan and execute basic product shoots or on-site documentation at the resort/farm locations.

3. Digital Marketing & Strategy

Manage the company’s content calendar and social media profiles.

Write compelling copy and captions for posts (SEO-friendly).

Monitor engagement metrics and run basic ad campaigns (Meta Ads/Google Ads) to generate leads.

Required Tools & Technical Skills

Candidates must be proficient in the following:

Graphic Design:

Primary: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (Essential for vector work/logos).

Layouts: Adobe InDesign or Canva Pro (for quick flyers/presentations).

UI/UX (Bonus): Figma (for website/app mockup tweaks).

Video Editing:

Professional: Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

Mobile/Quick Edits: CapCut or VN Editor (for trending social media formats).

Motion Graphics (Bonus): Adobe After Effects.

Digital Marketing & Productivity:

Social Suite: Meta Business Suite (Instagram/Facebook management).

Analytics: Google Analytics (Basic understanding).

AI Tools: Midjourney (for asset generation) and ChatGPT (for copywriting assistance).

Who We Are Looking For

Experience: A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design AND video editing capabilities.

Aesthetic Sense: A keen eye for color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Agility: Ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a startup.

Communication: Strong proficiency in English (Kannada or Hindi is a plus for communicating with local farmers/vendors).

Interest: Passion for agriculture, sustainability, or food-tech startups.
