Requirements

2 3 years of professional experience in graphic or visual design, preferably in a digital or marketing environment.
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or Visual arts, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
Good to have video editing tools like Adobe premier pro,Adobe After effects ( not mandatory)
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to take feedback positively and refine designs accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality visual designs for digital platforms, including social media posts, web banners, webpage designs, ads, logos, emailers, and presentations.
Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, hoardings, standees, and other print materials.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Maintain and evolve the companys brand identity through consistent design standards.
Create layouts, illustrations, icons, and other graphic elements as needed.
Prepare final artwork files for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
