Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential buyers, engaging with them, understanding their requirements, and building strong client relationships to support successful sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential buyers through calls, messages, and direct communication.

Understand buyer needs and explain product offerings effectively.

Convince buyers and assist them through the buying process.

Maintain regular follow-up and tracking of buyers to ensure conversion.

Build long-term relationships by understanding buyer requirements and providing suitable solutions.

Maintain proper records and report daily sales activities to the management.

Job Specifications:

Must be able to read and write in Hindi.

Must have 6 months to 1 year of sales experience (inside or field sales preferred).

Should be willing to relocate or travel to Bengaluru for the job.

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Professional behavior and ability to handle buyer interactions with maturity.
