Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and a passion for creating engaging and visually compelling digital and print assets. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to support branding, UI/UX design, and communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality visual content for digital platforms (websites, mobile apps, social media, email campaigns, etc.).
Design marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, infographics, banners, and advertisements.
Collaborate with the UX/UI team to create user-centric design components for software products.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual elements and platforms.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring creative ideas to marketing campaigns.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience in graphic design, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and/or Figma.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Experience with UI/UX design and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage (not mandatory).
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative design work.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a tech startup or agile environment.
Familiarity with branding for SaaS or IT products.
Motion graphics or video editing skills (Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro) are a plus.
