  • Position both Core (e.g., Data, Satellite) and Non-Core (e.g., Cybersecurity, Cloud) offerings effectively
  • Revenue & Target Management
  • Drive sales performance to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets
  • Monitor pipeline health and conversion metrics to optimize forecasting
  • Strategic Penetration Planning
  • Analyze competitive landscapes and customer needs to refine penetration strategies
  • Leverage partnerships and alliances to accelerate market entry
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to align offerings with market demand
  • Provide feedback for product innovation based on client insights

    • Govern country-wide business operations by managing commercial strategy, regulatory compliance, competitor intelligence, and cost optimization through dynamic pricing frameworks.
    • Execute Carrier Wholesale initiatives via strategic bandwidth procurement and backhaul provisioning in non-fiberized regions.
    • Establish and nurture C-suite relationships to enable solution-based selling across Telecom and ICT portfolios.
    • Accelerate revenue growth across Core (IPLC, VSAT, Dedicated Internet Access) and Non-Core (Security, Platforms, Data Center, NIPS) products through structured account lifecycle management.
    • Orchestrate cross-functional alignment with internal BSG, PSS, CE, and Network Operations, along with external ecosystem players (vendors, partners, clients) to ensure SLA-compliant service delivery and commercial target attainment.

    • Regional Strategic Leadership
    Shapes regional business strategies with insight into national ICT initiatives, project funding, and large-scale solution design.
    • Advanced Sales Expertise Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and employs modern consultative selling approaches tailored to technology-driven enterprises.
    • Account Management & Client Engagement Leads key account planning with CXO-level interfacing, customer-centric service delivery, and consistent follow-through.
    • Telecom & ICT Domain Knowledge Possesses comprehensive understanding of carrier/enterprise products and services, enabling precise solution positioning.
    • Negotiation & Creative Prospecting Skills Applies persuasive negotiation techniques and innovative strategies to attract and convert high-value clients.
    • Professional Credentials & Experience Holds an MBA (preferably B.Tech. + MBA), with 8-15 years of B2B sales experience in Telecom/Technology sectors.
