Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across levels.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create aligned job descriptions.
  • Design and implement a seamless, engaging onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate successfully.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the point of contact for employee queries and foster a positive, open culture.
  • Plan and execute initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
  • Encourage an interactive and transparent workplace environment.

3. Performance Management

  • Oversee performance appraisal systems ensuring feedback is timely and actionable.
  • Identify training and development opportunities to elevate employee performance.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
  • Ensure adherence to employment, health, and safety standards.

5. Culture & Leadership Support

  • Partner with leadership to strengthen company culture and align business goals with employee experiences.
  • Introduce and drive HR best practices.
  • Support the creation of a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • MBA in HR from a reputed institute.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced startup or consumer-driven environment.
  • Proven experience across HR functions including talent acquisition, compliance, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong exposure to agile and evolving work environments.
