Global Technical Recruiter (STEM & Multilingual Hiring)

About The Opportunity

A growing player in the global information technology and services sector, operating across STEM talent acquisition, multilingual specialist hiring, and technical staffing for software engineering, telecom, AI, and product teams. We hire top-tier technical candidates worldwide and deliver full-cycle recruitment to support high-impact engineering and multilingual customer-facing functions.Role & Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for STEM and multilingual roles across global markets — define requirements, map talent, screen, interview, and close offers.
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, developer platforms (GitHub, Stack Overflow), and targeted outreach to build pipelines of passive candidates.
  • Manage candidate experience end-to-end: coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding handover.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to align on role profiles, hiring priorities, and time-to-hire targets.
  • Maintain and update ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever), produce recruitment metrics and weekly status reports (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source-of-hire) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with global hiring regulations, work-authorisation checks, and diversity & inclusion hiring practices.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have: 3+ years of hands-on technical recruitment experience focused on STEM roles with proven success hiring engineers and technical specialists.
  • Must-Have: Advanced sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search) and experience using an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters) to manage pipelines and workflows.
  • Must-Have: Experience recruiting multilingual candidates and conducting technical and language screenings; excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Preferred: Prior exposure to international hiring (US/EMEA/APAC), visa/work-permit familiarity, and managing cross-border offers.
  • Preferred: Background in RPO, agency management, or high-volume technical hiring for startups/scale-ups.
  • Preferred: Degree in HR/Business/related field or relevant recruiting certifications (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified).
