Global Inside Sales Representative-B2B Sales (US Market)

Job Location- Hyderabad

2 way cabs

Rotational Shifts/night shifts

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities & What will you need to succeed in this role?

Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and optimizing existing accounts to maximize sales potential.
Provide tailored solutions to businesses, enhancing their presence and performance on the platform
Conduct detailed product demonstrations and addressed restaurant owners questions and concerns by explaining packages, fees, commissions and promotional offers
Contact US restaurant owners through calls and emails to introduce platform and services by pitching the benefits of joining platform, such as increased visibility and higher customer reach.
Onboarding the US Merchants on platform and explaining them the procedure of getting onboarded.
Making Live Transfers to the US Market Specialists for them to send out agreements for signature
Activations service requests in order to give them the go ahead required

Qualifications:

3+ years of overall relevant experience (International B2B Sales process experience Mandate).
UG / Graduate in any field.
Sales knowledge on social media platforms.
Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)or G Suite (Sheets, Docs, and Slides).
Candidates should be flexible with rostered day offs and working in shifts.
Salesforce software working knowledge is good to have.
