About the team:

GC&I plays a critical role in supporting the PwC network to achieve its growth ambitions. The team’s goal is to work collaboratively across the network to:

  • Reposition and strengthen the PwC brand with the C-suite and key buyers.
  • Deepen existing and establish relevant new client relationships to drive profitable growth opportunities.
  • Deliver value-added insight to key stakeholders to identify and support revenue growth opportunities across the network.


GC&I has a wide range of responsibilities, including leading:

  • The Global 200 program, emerging Global Clients program, and Entrepreneurial & Private Business program
  • Market facing global industry program (inc. Industry Edge)
  • Strategic Insights, go-to-market planning, and reporting
  • Thought Leadership


The GC&I team is a virtual team located in multiple territories across the network.


What your role will involve:

  • Core - this role will be 70% dedicated to support the Global Must Wins programme, Value in Motion and other associated client and commercial activities under the stewardship of Claire Featherstone. These responsibilities are listed below.
  • Additional - the remaining 30% will be utilised across the wider Clients workstream based on need and availability, to include but not limited to: Private, Contracts & Pricing, G200 Summit. This may also include additional support on the core responsibilities listed below.


Core workstreams:


  1. Client Programmes
  • Assist in planning and executing demand generation campaigns
  • Support in content development including slide presentation
  • Assist in coordinating projects and ensuring deliverables are met according to timelines and expectations
  1. Data Management, Analysis & Reporting
  • Prepare excel files ensuring accurate data and cross referencing and accurate formulas where relevant
  • Accurately assist in compiling data for reports and presentations
  • Ensure that all reports are accurate, up to date proactively with minimal supervision
  • Organize, maintain and update files and records to ensure easy retrieval and reference
  1. Event Planning & Strategy
  • Assist in planning and coordinating various events and worskhops
  • Work with internal teams to support events that align with goals and branding (inc coordination of nametags, gifts (with branding), and presentations.
  • Logistics management coordinating all aspects of events such as venue options, catering, audio visual, transportation and accommodation
  • Ensure all event arrangements are completed on schedule
  • Support in coordination with vendors for events for a smooth and well-planned event
  1. Administrative support
  • Daily monitoring of different areas of a programme
  • Following up documentation and updates
  • Filing and tracking


Specific responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):


Global Must Wins programme:

  • Must Win reporting
  • Extract opportunities from Salesforce and format in excel
  • Track any new opportunities and changes in the current Global Must Wins Opportunities
  • Cross reference Salesforce data from the Opportunities Report with Pursuit Board opportunities
  • Prepare the excel file ensuring accurate data and cross referencing to share with Global Industry Leader, Executives and Managers and link the file to the draft emails. Tag Global Must Win opps in Salesforce. Update the Powerpoint template for reporting.
  • Sharepoint site maintenance and updates


Value in Motion, Reconfiguration Imperative and Industry Convergence

  • Sharepoint site maintenance and updates
  • Event logistics - location research, coordinate the bookings of client spaces and experience centres and catering where required, RSVP tracking
  • Maintain and organize Teams folders
  • Data gathering - G200 ecosystem for Opportunity Rooms and Salesforce Opportunities
  • 3. Other tasks:

    • Newsletters - Create a plan and process for incorporating the Global Must Wins in the GC&I newsletter and executing and delivering successfully in a timely and independent manner applying critical thinking and working with cohort.
    • Data gathering - data analysis for Data Centre news coverage and Salesforce opportunities - cross referencing accounts
    • Sharepoint site design - work with an external agency to adopt and apply the design for the Sharepoint site
    • Events - pro-actively assist in planning and organizing the Reconfiguration Rooms and CPW Value Sprints


    Skills and experience:


    • Organizational and project skills

    • A proven ability to plan and prioritise effectively, work under pressure and complete tasks and projects in a timely and accurate manner, with a high attention to detail;
    • Operate effectively across time zones and different stakeholder groups, including senior Global leaders;
    • Data gathering, handling and analysis - with a strong commercial focus;
    • Experience and mastery of key tools/platforms such as Salesforce, Sharepoint, PowerBI, Excel - and willingness to learn new tools, e.g. Alteryx, Tableau.
