Business Development Associate

  • 3-6 years

    of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role within the financial services sector.
  • Expertise in

    client prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline management

    for professional services.
  • 3+ years

    of experience in a client-facing role, with a particular focus on offering financial services like

    accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and taxation

    to US clients.
  • 3+ years

    of a quantifiable, proven sales track record in a service-oriented market.
  • Experience in sales, business development, and lead nurturing.
  • A deep understanding of core accounting principles, including U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and common tax compliance and auditing standards preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of, and fluency in, client financial pain points related to revenue, operational expenses, and internal financial controls.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers by leveraging financial expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal accounting teams to scope projects and present tailored solutions.
  • A dual focus on originating new client relationships and serving as a subject matter expert to close deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; proactive and results-driven.
