Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Gift Shop manager in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage daily operations of the gift shop, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train staff members to achieve high levels of customer service and sales performance.
  • Maintain inventory levels, manage stockroom organization, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing retail stores or similar environments, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
