Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Gift Shop manager in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the gift shop, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Supervise and train staff members to achieve high levels of customer service and sales performance.
Maintain inventory and ensure stock levels are replenished regularly.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing retail stores or similar environments.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is required.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain inventory records are vital.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.
