As the General Manager Sales & Operations at Hotel Ramta Continental, your role is crucial in driving revenue growth, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining the hotel's reputation for quality and service. Here are the key responsibilities you will undertake: - **Sales & Revenue Management**: - Develop and execute sales strategies to increase occupancy, banquet bookings, corporate tie-ups, and F&B revenue. - Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and key accounts. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales tactics. - Implement upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue across rooms, restaurants, and banquets. - **Operational Excellence**: - Oversee day-to-day hotel operations in coordination with department heads. - Ensure smooth guest experiences and address escalated issues promptly. - Drive efficiency in processes while maintaining service standards and compliance with policies. - Monitor quality control, hygiene, safety, and statutory compliance. - **Leadership & Team Management**: - Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales and operations team to achieve targets. - Provide training, performance feedback, and development opportunities. - Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and guest-centric service. - **Financial & Strategic Management**: - Prepare and manage annual budgets, sales forecasts, and operational expenditure. - Analyze performance reports, track KPIs, and present insights to senior management. - Identify new revenue streams and partnership opportunities to expand market reach.
