Role Overview

We are looking for a senior sales leader who can drive revenue, build strong customer relationships, and lead our business growth in the pharmaceutical engineering domain. The ideal candidate has deep experience in capital equipment sales, understands pharma manufacturing environments, and can manage a complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences sectors.
  • Manage the complete sales pipeline from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at pharma companies.
  • Present technical solutions, proposals, and commercial offers confidently.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, design, and project execution teams.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS documentation for management.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to improve performance and discipline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Pharmacy, or related field. MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B or technical sales, preferably pharma engineering or equipment.
  • Strong understanding of pharma manufacturing processes, containment systems, OSD lines, cleanroom projects, or related technologies.
  • Proven experience in high-value project sales and long sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage senior client conversations and C-level discussions.
  • Strong network within the pharma industry.
  • Willingness to travel across India for business development.
