Hotel Sales Manager

Job Summary: Hotel Ramta Continental is hiring a result-oriented and experienced Sales Manager to lead our hotel’s sales initiatives. The candidate must have a solid background in hotel sales and an understanding of the local Patna market to drive room and banquet business effectively. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, travel, event, and wedding segments. Go into the market regularly to build partnerships and generate new business. Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients and local vendors. Promote room packages, banquet plans, and seasonal offers to potential clients. Conduct property visits and professional presentations for clients and agencies. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Coordinate with operations, banquet, and front desk teams for smooth execution of bookings. Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to optimize sales strategy. Requirements: Must have prior work experience in hotel sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of the Patna market and customer base. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Ability to work in the field and onboard new clients independently. Understanding of hotel room categories, banquet planning, and group booking processes. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar hotel sales role.
