Role & responsibilities * Identify and generate new corporate leads through field visits, cold calls, digital outreach, and networking. * Conduct daily sales calls and maintain a healthy corporate sales pipeline. * Assist in pitching hotel services, presenting proposals, and showcasing property facilities. * Coordinate with reservations and front office for smooth booking support. * Track competitor rates and share market insights with the team. * Maintain daily sales reports and updated client database (CRM). Preferred candidate profile * 1-3 years of experience in hotel corporate sales (preferred). * Strong communication & interpersonal skills. * Energetic, target-driven, and willing to do regular field visits. * Basic knowledge of hotel sales processes & MS Office. * Kannada language (preferred). * Strong corporate contacts and who can bring the leads from the corporate and generate the revenue.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain corporate clients. Build long-term partnerships with large corporations, travel agencies, and event planners. Conduct impactful sales presentations and negotiate corporate contracts. Manage key accounts to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and repeat business. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (Events, Operations, and Catering) for flawless client delivery. Achieve and exceed revenue and performance targets. Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to the Director. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. Proven experience in corporate or hotel sales, preferably within the hospitality industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet sales targets. Preferred: Experience with hotel booking systems (PMS/CRS). Established network of corporate clients and event planners. Multilingual abilities are an added advantage.
