Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals. Identify new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and travel trade segments. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales plans accordingly. Set sales targets and monitor performance regularly. 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients (corporate accounts, travel agents, event planners, etc.). Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and follow-ups. Handle client inquiries, proposals, and contract negotiations. Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after events or stays. 3. Revenue Generation Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, F&B outlets, and other hotel services to maximize revenue. Coordinate with the Revenue Manager to optimize pricing, packages, and promotions. Upsell and cross-sell hotel services to clients. 4. Coordination & Communication Work closely with other departments (Front Office, Banquet, F&B, Reservations, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of group bookings and events. Communicate client requirements clearly to the operations team. Attend management and revenue meetings to share updates on sales performance and forecasts. 5. Reporting & Documentation Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and contracts in the hotel’s CRM system. Track performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, revenue growth, client retention). 6. Marketing & Promotion Support Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, online marketing, and hotel branding. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the hotel. Conduct site inspections and hotel tours for potential clients.
