Role & responsibilities

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build strategic partnerships with corporates, industry bodies, and associations
  
• Drive MoUs for internships, live projects, faculty development, research, and placements
  
• Create industry connect through speakers, mentors, project partners
  

Government & Research Ecosystem Linkages

• Identify and facilitate participation in

  DST, AICTE, MSME, Startup India

  , and other govt schemes
• Secure research grants, incubation funding, CSR programs
  
• Liaise with government agencies, foundations, multilateral bodies
  

Innovation & Talent Engagement

• Enable student participation in hackathons, innovation challenges, consulting-style projects
  
• Facilitate faculty development programs and collaborative research initiatives
  

Branding & Institutional Visibility

• Drive presence in national competitions, events, conferences, and media stories
  
• Build niche positioning in domains like

  AI, Cybersecurity, BFSI, Industry 4.0, Clean Energy, HealthTech

Strategic Advisory

• Work with college leadership to create Centres of Excellence, Innovation Hubs, and strategic identity
  
• Support long-term ecosystem mapping, opportunity analysis, and growth planning

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in any field
  
• MBA/PGDM preferred
  
• 7–10 years of experience in partnerships, program management, CSR, or startup/innovation ecosystem roles
