Responsibility Areas:
1. Responsible for Sales Budget, Business Growth, Share of Business, Introduction of New product Lines, managing performance of Carbide Products and ensue product Profitability.
2. People performance Management, Goal Setting, people Development, building Sales focused through marketing activities & product trials through FSEs.
3. Managing & developing KAM & OEM networking to grow business.
4. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market share.
5. Sales Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, including setting goals, providing coaching, and evaluating performance.
6. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including identifying new sales opportunities and resolving customer complaints.
7. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
8. Competitor Analysis: Analyse competitors & strengths, weaknesses, and strategies to inform sales strategies.
9. Sales Forecasting: Develop and manage sales forecasts, including identifying risks and opportunities.
10. Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and sales team performance.
Education:
BE Mechanical / ME Mechanical degree from recognised university.
Experience:
1. 12 to 18 years of experience
2. Should ideally have a good understanding of sales in manufacturing companies.
3. Should have PAN India exposure
4. Should possess good knowledge of tool cutting & carbide.
5. Must have ability to work with and lead a team.
6. Experience with stakeholder management in complicated settings and with diverse groups of stakeholders
7. CRM & SAP experience is must.
