Job Description

As the Business Head for financial services at the company, your primary responsibility is to oversee the business focusing on retail banking and fintech enterprises in India, the Middle East, and South Asia. Your key role involves leading a business unit to market cutting-edge technology solutions with proven business outcomes to retail banks and fintech providers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for retail banks and fintech providers in India, South Asia, and the Middle East. - Articulate the value proposition of the company's solutions to retail banks and fintech enterprises. - Provide market insights for solution innovation. - Formulate a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and execution plan for the company's solutions in retail financial services. - Drive sales of the company's AI for CX and Customer Lifetime Value Management solutions globally, with a primary focus on India, the Middle East, and South Asia. - Lead the entire Sales Cycle from Identification to Closure and Contracting, with guidance from the Business Head and Global Sales Head. - Cultivate relationships with C Level executives and tailor a value-based sales pitch specific to the BFSI market. - Establish opportunity-specific partner/channels as needed. - Stay abreast of the latest trends in Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Customer Experience, and Digital Transformation. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8+ years of experience in selling technology solutions to retail financial services like Banks, Insurance, and Fintech companies in the Middle East and South Asia, including India. - Proven track record in selling enterprise solutions related to Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience Management, Data Management, and Customer Analytics. - Strong network with CXOs of major banks and Fintechs in the region. - Capability to build a strong BFSI sales team. - Proficiency in commercials, contracts, and negotiating sustainable commercial terms and conditions. - Familiarity with the latest industry trends.
