Job Description

Position Title:Regional Manager/General Manager Regional Sales ,Hyderabad

Client:

Reports to:

Salary Band: Negotiable (18 to 25 L CTC + Incentives)

Job Summary:

Regional/General Manager, Regional Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for MICE and corporate sales for leisure destinations.
  • Identify and target potential

    corporate clients, MICE agencies, event planners, and travel management companies.

  • Proactively generate leads, conduct market research, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop competitive strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and generate new business leads.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the Vice President.
  • Lead a Team of Sales Professionals in the Region.

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline and/or a Sales related Qualification.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in Hotel Sales in Hyderabad market,

    with a focus on

    Corporates, MICE and Travel Trade Sales

    in the Hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • To build & maintain strong relationships with

    Corporates and Travel Agency Partners

  • To identify potential customers. create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company
  • Communicate the Brand's Value proposition within the strategic designated sales geography
  • To make inspiring

    sales presentations

    to the prospective customers.
  • Creating a Potential Pipeline of prospects

    for MICE and FIT, from Travel agencies and corporate business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients at all levels.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
