• Responsible to generate New Business Opportunities
• Prepare business plan (Short and long term)
• Driving a team in business growth while leading operations, Strategic vision and planning.
• Handling customers, ensuring timely response of customer requirements, supplies & feedback.
• Developing & implementing resourceful marketing to satisfy customer needs & drive sales.
• Customer Relationship Management-Existing & New Business.
• Working on costing/negotiation-Price finalization
• Reporting to Top Management and Global team (Business report, MIS reports, Sales strategy and so on)
• Collecting advance information, forecast plans from customer, understanding the market trend
• Preparing & Presenting yearly sales Budgets and Achieving Budgeted Sale
• Sales Planning & forecasting as per the market trends
• Interaction with OEM customers
• Strong Commercial acumen to understand costing contribution and customer pricing
• Techno Commercial negotiations at OEM passenger car segment
