You will represent UzairaAdvisory as an official Corporate Wellness Business Development Vendor Partner, working autonomously while being fully supported by the company’s internal team. Role Overview As a Corporate Wellness Business Development Vendor Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving corporate engagement and revenue growth for UzairaAdvisory’s Health & Wellness Seminars. You’ll connect with HR leaders, founders, and decision-makers to pitch, present, and close seminar partnerships that help organizations enhance employee well-being. Key Responsibilities • Generate leads through independent outreach, networking, and partnerships. • Present UzairaAdvisory’s seminar offerings clearly and persuasively to potential clients. • Manage the full client engagement cycle — from initial contact to deal closure. • Handle client queries, explain deliverables, and ensure clarity on service scope and terms. • Follow up consistently and maintain professionalism in all communication. • Facilitate signing of agreements and ensure completion of payment processes. • Work closely with the internal team for proposal materials, documentation, and client onboarding. • Identify opportunities to upsell or customize seminar packages for larger or smaller teams. Ideal Candidate Profile • Proven experience or strong interest in sales, business development, or client acquisition. • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
