Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sales strategy for

  Identity & Access Management (IAM)

  ,

  Biometric

  , and

  Digital Identity

  solutions.
• Identify and establish business opportunities in

  government, BFSI, telecom, and enterprise sectors

  across international regions (APAC, Middle East, Africa, Europe, etc.).
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and closure.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  strategic clients, channel partners, and system integrators

  .
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align customer needs with solution offerings.
  
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  
• Represent the organization at global trade shows, industry conferences, and client presentations.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving regulatory landscapes in digital identity.
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing international sales team.
