General Manager

Role Overview: As a General Manager Operational Risk/ Enterprise Risk Management/ Business Risk Management with a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in FMCG or Retail industry, you will play a crucial leadership role in overseeing trade promotions, operational processes, and team management. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with client stakeholders, streamlining operations, ensuring compliance, and optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and maintain efficient processes for promotion planning, execution, tracking, and compliance. - Drive process optimization initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions. - Lead a large team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships. - Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. - Prepare and deliver regular reports on trade promotion performance.
