Job Description

Role: General Manager Leasing

Exp. 10-20 Years

Job Location: Gurugram / NCR

  1. Execute

    Leasing Plan & Strategize for Retail and Commercial space leasing with Retailers, Anchor Brands

    .
  2. Responsible for Managing the Leasing of Retail Shops/Units for Projects in Gurugram

  3. Negotiate leasing terms and Agreements.

  4. Developing and maintaining relationships with Tenants and Design Leasing strategies to optimize tenant mix.

  5. Finding and negotiating leases with tenants, managing their contracts, and marketing available spaces.

  6. Be responsible for the

    End-to-End management of deals for the sale of commercial properties,

    ensuring a positive client experience
  7. Perform

    comparative market analysis

    to

    accurately value commercial properties

  8. Conduct research on the local market

    and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  9. Advertise available properties using a variety of social media/ web space and promotion material/ content.

  10. Confirm Rental Application Data and personal references.

  11. Reaching to All

    potential brands through Channel Partners/individuals.

  12. Conducting site visits/inspections of the proposed properties

    with the prospective

    Clients

  13. Planning and implementing channel partner module

    , for better

    market penetration & brand visibility.

  14. Manage the

    entire retail leasing process through Business development activities.

  15. Mapping of High Streets and Maintain Data Base and Update the same.

  16. Making of presentation and floating across.
  17. Understand requirements & proposing appropriate locations within the said project.

Preferred candidate profile:

  1. Street smart,

    Property Management, Property Promotion and closing deals.
  2. Proven working experience as

    Leasing

    agent with

    excellent negotiation skills.

  3. Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices.

  4. Proven track of successful sales record

  5. Patience and perseverance.

  6. Good communications skills (written as well as verbal).

  7. Be able to multitask, prioritize and manage deadlines.
