Corporate Development Lead

• You will drive business development efforts in the region, nurture existing clients, generate leads, enhance brand visibility, acquire new clients and manage sales targets.

• You will represent the company in the market and build industry network and manage key stakeholder relationships.

• You will build a robust sales pipeline and forecast new bookings efficiently to meet business targets.

• You will work closely with the leadership and team to complete the sales cycle and close deals.

• You will collaborate in developing the systems, materials, and resources necessary for business development, including proposals, presentations, and serving offerings to win work.

What we expect

• You have a bachelor’s degree in architecture or Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.

Corporates/Developers

• You have achieved quota/annual targets in your previous roles.

• You have an engaging personality with excellent communication skills.

"Design Consultancy"

• You have an undergraduate or graduate degree with a minimum of 5 years of sales/ business development experience.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Interior Design will be advantageous.
