• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities and adjacent markets.
• Lead M&A initiatives, including sourcing, valuation, due diligence, and synergy analysis.
• Drive strategic partnerships, alliances, and growth initiatives.
• Engage with investment bankers, consultants, rating agencies, and other advisors.
• Prepare and deliver Board-level presentations to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee post-transaction integration and ensure operational synergies.
• Collaborate closely with the promoter and Board to shape long-term strategy.

Qualifications:

• MBA (IIM/ISB/Top Global B-School) preferred, with Finance/Engineering background.
• 10–15 years of experience in corporate strategy, M&A, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Proven track record of evaluating and executing deals (₹100–500+ Cr).
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing, promoter-led, listed company environment.
