Role Description

The Energy Multiplier will act as a catalyst to boost organizational energy, employee morale, and inter-departmental synergy. This role is designed for someone who naturally inspires, connects, and uplifts people—creating a high-trust, high-performance environment that aligns with our leadership and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Culture Champion: Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, ownership, and workplace enthusiasm.

Communication Bridge: Facilitate transparent and motivating communication across teams and leadership levels.

Employee Energizer: Organize and lead sessions, workshops, and informal connects that help employees recharge, reconnect, and realign.

Pulse Monitoring: Regularly assess and report on team morale, energy levels, and emotional climate of the organization.

Collaboration Catalyst: Identify gaps in cross-functional collaboration and work to bridge silos through energy-driven interventions.

Leadership Support: Support leadership in conveying vision and values through impactful internal storytelling and presence.

Recognition Driver: Create and manage recognition programs that celebrate contribution, initiative, and positivity.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, Communications, or related field.

5–10 years of experience in culture-building, internal communications, or HR business partnering roles.

Experience in manufacturing/infrastructure setups preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong emotional intelligence.

Self-driven, proactive, and capable of influencing without authority.
