Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Design Manager will oversee the design process from conceptualization to implementation, manage and lead design teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality design solutions. The role involves planning, organizing, and supervising projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules, and maintaining design standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Master Planning, Building Planning & Design, and Landscape Design
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite and other relevant tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
