Key Responsibilities

Design Development & Technical Oversight

• Validate detailed design drawings, GFCs (Good for Construction Drawings), and technical specifications; work closely with engineering, construction, and MEP teams to ensure design practicality and buildability.
• Review value-engineering proposals and ensure that design quality is maintained within cost targets.

Coordination With External Consultants

• Select, brief, and manage architectural consultants, master planners, and specialist designers.
• Review consultant drawings (architectural, structural, MEP, landscape) for compliance with design intent.
• Ensure timely design deliverables and provide consolidated feedback from the developers side.

Quality & Aesthetics Control

• Maintain consistency in architectural standards, materials, and visual language across projects.
• Review mock-ups, sample flats, and material boards.
• Ensure that the final built product reflects the approved design intent.

Project Monitoring & Reporting

• Track design progress against milestones and escalate risks proactively.
• Prepare regular design status reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 5–12 years of architectural design experience (depending on seniority level).
• Prior experience working

  on the developer side

  or with large architectural firms handling real estate projects is highly preferred.
