Oversee operations of all departments
Ensure compliance of: SOP’s/policies/procedures/service standardsPrepare, present & achieve hotel's annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales PlanManage profitabilityMeet revenue & guest satisfaction targets

Required Candidate profile

Min 5 years experience in senior management position of reputed hotel
A strong understanding of P&L statements & the ability to react with impactful strategiesExcellent at Leadership & Team Building
