Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the hospitals entire finance function including accounting, budgeting, financial planning, audits, and compliance.
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the hospitals business objectives.Ensure statutory compliance with tax laws, corporate governance, and healthcare regulatory norms.Manage revenue cycle: billing, collections, insurance claims, TPA settlements, and receivables management.Monitor and optimize costs while ensuring quality healthcare delivery.Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and present financial insights to the management/board.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for hospital operations and new projects.Handle banking, treasury management, fund flow, and working capital management.Partner with senior leadership for strategic planning, expansion, and new hospital projects.Lead and mentor the finance team ensuring timely reporting, accuracy, and compliance.
Key Requirements:
CA / CA Inter / Cost Accountant (ICWA) / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
15+ years of overall finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role in hospitals/healthcare.Strong knowledge of hospital revenue cycle management, insurance billing, and healthcare financial systems.Experience in handling statutory compliance, audits, and healthcare-specific financial regulations.Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
