General Manager Business Development

You will be working with PADMASHRI EXPORT, a dynamic company based in Veraval, Gujarat, India. The company is located near SONIA FACTORY, GIDC ROAD, HARBOUR AREA, and is dedicated to providing high-quality goods and services to clients both locally and internationally. PADMASHRI EXPORT primarily focuses on the international market, exporting various quality products such as grain, Basmati rice, onion, wheat, semi-husked coconut, peanuts, maida flour, wheat flour, etc. The company values maintaining relationships with existing buyers while also welcoming new buyers from different countries with open arms, always prioritizing faith and honesty. As the General Manager of Business Development, you will hold a full-time on-site position based in Veraval. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing business plans, managing business relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks will involve assessing market trends, meeting potential clients, coordinating with internal teams, and executing strategic initiatives to enhance the company's market presence. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in New Business Development, the ability to identify and pursue new market opportunities, experience in Business Planning, creating strategic plans to achieve business goals, proficiency in Business Relationship Management to maintain strong client relationships, expertise in Contract Negotiation to close beneficial agreements with clients, a proven track record in Sales to meet sales targets, strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ideally hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (a Master's degree would be a plus). Previous experience in the export industry is preferred.,
