Position Summary
Level:
Senior ConsultantAs a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Essential job requirements include:
- Analyze client requirements, perform due diligence, and design data solutions to suit client needs.
- Execute data engineering and management engagements to help clients monitor, mitigate, and sustain risks.
- Interact with clients and engagement teams to coordinate project work and ensure client satisfaction.
- Continuing to expand depth and breadth of technical knowledge related to data engineering and application development.
- Build business and industry knowledge in one or more industries.
- Build personal and team capability in technical / business / industry area.
- Work on practice development activities, such as proposals, eminence, and innovation.

Deloitte Regulatory, Risk & Forensic helps clients manage strategic, financial, operational, technological, and regulatory risk to enhance enterprise value, while our experience in mergers and acquisitions, fraud, litigation, and reorganizations help clients emerge stronger and more resilient. We help clients in identifying, developing and implementing solutions for analytics enablement, and achieving their business, compliance and regulatory needs through intelligent use of data analytics, using our experience and expertise in varied areas of data management and analytics.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Experience required is 5-8 years.
- Architect and deploy end-to-end ML/AI pipelines, including data ingestion, processing, modeling, and deployment.
- Python/PySpark programming focused on data engineering and machine learning.
- Experience with modelling (regression, classification, clustering), anomaly detection and time-series analysis.
- Manage large datasets with advanced Python and SQL skills.
- Experience with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark).
- Work with diverse data storage formats (JSON, AVRO, Parquet, native DB formats).
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
Proficient in at least one technology, in each of the following areas:
- Machine Learning: Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), PySpark.
- Data Manipulation: Advanced SQL and big data tools (Spark/Hadoop).
- Cloud Platforms: Model development/deployment on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- DevOps/MLOps: CI/CD pipelines, Git version control.
- Data Visualization: Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau.
- Model deployment: API development with Flask/FastAPI.
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
